In this live karate zoom class, Sensei amos worked on the brown belt kata Bassai Dai.

With Bassai Dai being the first brown belt kata practiced, the aim of this class was to get everyone to understand the order of the techniques and be able to go from the start of the kata to the end of the kata. Sensei kept the lesson very basic, but did also share some more advanced teachings for Bassai Dai.

With our live karate classes, every month we focus on a different area of shotokan karate along with two kata, for April it was Bassai Dai and Heian Yondan.
