Jitte Kata Step By Step In Detail
Moves 3 To 7 In Detail
On the third move my right hip goes quickly out and then strike heito uchi with your left hand staying in zenkutsu dachi. Then for move four you drive in with your right leg using yori ashi and strike with a right heito uchi in kiba dachi.
For application purposes, move three, the heito uchi, is where you hit the back of their hand. You then grab that hands wrist. Their right leg is in the way. So you come around it with your right leg and then make distance and drive in with another heito uchi, this time with the right hand into their ribs. Now you have set yourself up for a throw.
On the fourth move, your right leg is going to do a small circle, then drive in and strike heito uchi with the right hand in kiba dachi.
For move five, bring your left leg up half a step, then turn your right hand down. Then your right arm comes close to your body as you step forward and attack seiryuto (oxjaw) attack with the right hand into their floating rib, where the strike lifts up slightly on impact, the stance is kiba dachi (horse stance).
In terms of application, for me, move five is a throw as i explain in the video.
You then step forward two more times and strike seiryuto (oxjaw), as you start to step for move six, turn the palm of the left hand down at the side of the body, then snap the hip into kiba dachi as you strike slightly up under the floating rib with a left seiryuto (oxjaw).
You then repeat above with a right seiryuto (oxjaw) in kiba dachi (horse stance).
