Sensei Huckle then worked on a self defense combination utilizing the three different strikes, showing a very effective block against a wild swinging punch.
Sensei Amos then focused on Heian Nidan. Emphasising the use of the hips on the first six moves of Heian Nidan and working on the finer details of the second Heian kata.
