Have a good warm up and stretch before trying this follow along class as we go straight into the class.
Here we are working on using the legs and hips on a basic snapping punch, then on to front kick (mae geri) and a really good leg balance/strength exercise.
We then move on to freestyle punching and stepping, building up the combination and speed.
At the end of this shotokan karate follow along class we slow things down with a very basic stepping and punching exercise.
