In this karate class, Sensei Amos worked on mae geri (front kick), focusing on a good knee lift and a good snap back after the kick. Sensei Amos emphasised the importance of the supporting leg and keeping the shoulders relaxed throughout the kick.

Sensei Huckle then worked on the three distances within choku zuki (straight punch). Ura zuki, tate zuki and choku zuki.

Sensei Amos then focused on Heian Nidan. Emphasising the use of the hips on the first six moves of Heian Nidan.
