We are now hosting five main live zoom classes every week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

We also have a live zoom kata class on a Wednesday. This class is for black belts and we cover different kata from the regular Shotokan kata, eg Niseishi, Anan, Seipai, Kanshu, etc.

We focus on different topics and kata every month and really go into detail. We already have karateka making incredible progress and it's just brilliant to see. Come and try a class, at the weekend we also have a long distance coffee and chat after class. 

Our live Zoom classes are as close as you can come to a live regular Dojo karate class. 

Live classes are included in the 'Inner Circle' membership which has a limited time offer at the moment.
