Linden Huckle Sensei (7th Dan) invites you to a landmark weekend designed specifically for the mature martial artist. Set in the breathtaking heart of the Lake District, this isn't just a training camp, it’s a sanctuary for those who believe Karate is a lifelong journey.

The Experience:

While most seminars focus on the "young person's game," we focus on The Art of the Evolution. We are diving deep into the flowing, rhythmic mechanics of traditional kata to improve joint health, core stability, and internal power.

• The Shotokan Connection: Refine your foundation with enlightening insights.

• The "Mystery" Kata: Step outside the box with a special study of a non-Shotokan kata, chosen specifically for its fluid transitions and unique health benefits.

• The Lakeland Way: Complement your dojo time with invigorating hikes through the fells and social evenings in the picturesque village of Ambleside.

Course Dates & Times:

• Friday, 18th Sept: 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Saturday, 19th Sept: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM & 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (kata on the fells 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM) 
• Sunday, 20th Sept: 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM & 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Kata on the fells 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM)

Pricing:

• All Three Days: £100 
• £45 Per Day Saturday & Sunday:  (Individual class £30)
• Friday £30
